Sharrie Williams & The Wise Guys (Detroit)

The reigning "Princess of the Rockin' Gospel Blues" made her inaugural sweep through the Bash as part of our 2001 festivities. Since that time, she and her turbo-charged band have become festival draws all over Europe, bowling over audiences with her tremendous church-rooted blues vocalizing and take-no-prisoners musicianship (notably the virtuoso guitar of James Owens). Everybody has been asking for Sharrie back at the Bash...so, here she is! Get your tickets in advance as this will be hot night at Cumberlands.
