Zydeco (say ZYE-duh-coe) is the adrenalin-enriched dance music of the French-speaking Creole people of south Louisiana. Accordion-pumpin' showman Chubby Carrier, a perennial favorite of zydeco fans everywhere, brings his butt-kickin' band back for another zydeco dance party.
